On Tuesday, October 2, 2012, Eric LeGrand sent a tweet to Lolo Jones, an Olympic hurdler, that challenged her to a race. After she replied with some trash talk about how he would never beat her, she began catching some flak from followers. It seems she did not realize that Eric LeGrand was famously
paralyzed in a football game where he had been playing for Rutgers University. He is paralyzed from the chest down.
