Eric Hartsburg got Mitt Romney logo tattoo

Eric Hartsburg got Mitt Romney logo tattoo, Eric Hartsburg, a 30-year-old Indiana man who had the Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan campaign’s distinctive “R” logo tattooed on his face, has decided to withdraw his support permanently and have the tattoo removed.
Hartsburg, an independent wrestler who admits he loves attention, got the tattoo before the Nov. 6 election after selling his facial real estate for $5,000 on eBay.
While immediately after the election he expressed no regret for the tattoo, he told Politico he decided to have it removed after hearing Romney’s ill-advised “gift” comments, in which the Republican said U.S. President Barack Obama won the election by buying off voters.
“It stands not only for a losing campaign but for a sore loser,” Hartsburg told the news website. “He’s pretty shameful as far as I’m concerned, man. There’s no dignity in blaming somebody else for buying votes and paying off people. I can’t get behind that or stay behind that.”
Tattoo removal chain Dr. TATTOFF offered to remove the tattoo for free, which Hartsburg has accepted. The chain has been featured on several reality show programs.
The laser tatoo removal process, which is considered more painful than the actual inking, will take up to a year over about 10 sessions. Each session lasts about 60 to 90 seconds.
Hartsburg told Politico he is probably done with political tattoos but said the attention has helped him get his foot in the door of the wrestling world.
